"I had a lot of experience with this place. Finally, I found that I was cheated & looted. But, just like everything, there is a good & a bad side. First the good things : 1. The facility is decent & clean 2. They have decent no. of staff who co-operate. 3. Facility of testing & X-ray etc. is available. 4. Doctor is knowledgeable 5. Pet shop & medicines available Now the worst parts : 1. Dr. has no love for pets & respect for humans is subjective. 2. They charge you for everything except the air you breathe inside their clinic. Even cutting a nail after Rs.10,000 bill is not free. 3. He sells fear - Your pet will be prescribed several tests & expensive medicines, that is all sold in house. Don't expect a bill of less than Rs.10,000 in each visit. 4. Strong medicines with side effects are prescribed. The pet can not convey, so the harm such medicines do, will be difficult to know. He will make money in giving these medicines, that will make your pet sick & then again you go to him for treatment for this & the circle will continue - He plays with the life of pets, just to make money! Very unfortunate. 5. I have once seen someone taking a street dog for first aid. Don't expect even 10% charity. He first ensures money is taken & then will give first aid. If you ask for concession, he will drive you away. All this pet souls will not forgive him!!"
